Finally, I've transcribed episode 26 from Hannah Montana season 3:

Well, next on my list of transcripts is That's So Raven: The Dress Is Always Greener, then Hannah Montana: Got To Get Her Out Of My House. I'll try and get one done tomorrow, but we'll see how that goes!

DCOS TRANSCRIPTS is an online community where you will find transcripts for various Disney Channel Original Series (DCOS), such as Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place, That's So Raven, just to name a few. Each season of the shows that are transcribed here have a "sub-site", which is where the transcripts are actually posted. You can access these sub-sites by clicking on the corresponding image along the sidebar. You will be notified when new transcripts are uploaded to these sites through an update post here at the DCOS Transcripts "homepage" (be sure to look through the BLOG ARCHIVE, as only 14 updates are shown on the actual homepage)

WHAT is a transcript? A transcript is a written copy of the dialogue spoken and the actions seen on-screen, as accurate as possible. When a sentence/word cannot be made out while transcribing, you will find three question marks in a bracket for it's place.
